The Shala river is located in the middle of the Koman lake, it can be a destination for a wonderful day in company swimming in its crystal clear waters or a small stop along the navigation on the Koman lake to reach the Valbona national park.
In addition to beautiful nature, there are also some Guesthouses in Shala where you can spend pleasant nights and leave with our transport service at the end of your stay, towards Koman or towards Fierze

OUR SERVICE IN SHALA RIVER

ONE DAY TOUR 

Shala river is one of the most beautiful destinations in Northern Albania, described as a “natural wonder” by the many tourists who were fascinated by the pure and crystalline water of this wonderful little paradise
At 9:00 you will leave with a traditional boat and you will reach Shala around 10:30
During your stay in Shala you can relax, swim and have fun with the Zip-Line
The Shala area also offers bar and restaurant services
At 2.00 pm the boat  will take you back to Koman where you arrive at 3:30pm

The cost of this tour is 24 Euro per person with online payment

You can reach the starting point in Koman with your own car, or you can use our minibus service departing from Shkoder or Tirana

BOAT TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

Every day we offer transportation with our boats from Koman to Shala and from Shala to Koman or to Fierze where you can continue your wonderful journey in the Albanian Alps.
The departure from Koman is at 9am while the departure from Shala is at 2pm, you can easily book your departure from Koman and choose whether to return to Koman after a pleasant stay in Shala or whether to arrive in Fierze where our minibus will take you to your Hotel in Valbona

Booking these services is very easy. Enter the departure date from Shala, if you have to return to Koman you will not have any extra cost regardless of the day you choose. If you want to continue to Fierze instead set the date with the same day or choose the day of departure from Shala and in addition to the boat service add Shala – Fierze in the booking form. You can add minibus service in the booking form

Boat service from Koman to Shala (round trip) costs 24 Euro per person with online payment
Boat service from Koman to Shala and from Shala to Fierze (one way) costs 29 Euro per person with online payment

Sometimes the water level on the river is low and the boat can not go all the way to the end of the river, this means you might have to walk to the end of the lake. This is not something we can control or inform you about in advance as it can change within hours.
