Payment can be made by Euro or Albanian Lek
1) All Tour bookings are considered accepted after full payment or after sending a deposit to confirm the booking. NO TOUR IS REFUNDABLE, any cancellation and eventually refund must be authorized by the North Albania Alps staff
1.1) The date change is accepted without any extra cost within 7 days of the tour departure, thereafter the date change has an extra cost of 10% of the tour, no date change is ACCEPTED within 48 hours of the tour departure and in month of August, no REFUND will be due in case of no-show
1.2) Booking self-guide tours implies knowledge on the part of the customer that they are traveling without a guide. Booking a tour without a guide eliminates any civil and criminal liability of North Albania Alps.
North Albania Alps is ABSOLUTELY not responsible for self-guide tour bookings in the event of: bad weather, errors along the route, injuries, accidents. Anyone who books a self-guided tour agrees to exclude North Albania Alps from any liability and to knowingly assume responsibility for their own safety. NO REFUNDS will be due for self-guided tours
1.3) Unless indicated during the description, our tours are not suitable for CHILDREN and for all people who due to physical problems (cardiovascular, diabetes, asthma, allergies) cannot safely make Alpine passages. NO REFUND is due to those omits this information. The cost of returning to Shkoder or Tirana will be completely borne by the customer
2)All transportation is considered accepted after full payment
2.1) The date change is accepted within 24 hours before the departure of the service 2.2) transport is not refundable, we recommend all our customers to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure
